A website that is not watched becomes stale, slow or broken. You should not have to remember plugin updates between service calls.

Website care is the keep-it-alive work: uptime monitoring, source-code backups, performance updates and small content edits. Scope is written down. It is not an open-ended retainer that hides hours.

This is not a redesign. If the site needs a new structure, that is a separate website-design job.
